This is a good DVD and does get you sweating but it is quite repetitive. The trainer seems nice and the banter between her and natalie spurs you on and makes it feel like you're just exercising with friends. The workout isn't too long so you have time to complete it, but you really feel like you've worked. Good DVD but it can be repetitive and you can get bored.

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars Good for beginners

I borrowed Natalie Cassidy's dvd from the library before I went out and bought my copy, naturally implying I was impressed with what I found on the dvd. I'm not one of the super-health conscious people and have waded through life being always on the overweight border. I'm yet to get through the whole session, but you can definitely see your energy levels going up as you keep working out. The only disappointing factor has been the weight gain of Natalie Cassidy herself! But otherwise, it is a good buy. Intense enough and gives the entire body a workout.

Customer rating: 3 out of 5 stars If youre not reasonably fit already - you will struggle!

My wife rented this dvd from the local library as she wanted to be sure before she bought it. I agreed to do it with her the first time for some support. I am a fit guy already excercising 3 times a week, and although i could cope with the workout, the not so 'fit' wife was struggling to keep up. This dvd is definately not for the 'fitness dvd virgin' as the routines take some grasping, and the severity of the two main sections of the workout got me working hard! The length of the workout is approx 1 hour, but to be honest if you get into it it flies by. If you do choose this dvd as an amateur, take it step by step, and stick with it -it will be worth it in the long term. (ps - does anybody know any dvds with give you just as much of a workout without any fancy girly steps which have you looking puzzled at the screen trying to figure out which foot should go where next??)
