Brendan O' Carroll is without doubt a genius of comedic writing, his ideas are fresh, the acting is superb, and he has good support from his cast.
This third series has equal amounts of side splitting, belly aching, cheeks aching homour in it, as did the first two series.
Some gags and scenes are taken from the earlier seven disc set but as i say they are all still very fresh and so comical,i have to admit that episode one of series three is my favourite, i wont give anything away here if you have,nt seen it but you must have a look at the barbie and ken scene........just wicked.
Until Mrs Brown came along the comedy on TV was simply rubbish, but this show has done enough to put a smile on the faces who love this type of stuff, and those who probably don,t.
Well done brendan, the more yiou give to us the more we laugh.
