This is one film that will confuse you, about the plot I mean, but this supposedly violent and sexual film is nothing on this DVD version, all the violent scenes are cut out, and most of the sex is gone, wait for a proper english dvd, not a crap one like this

This is basicly two films messhed into one. We have soft core ancient roman art porn and a story of a very interesting historical character. The level of actors invovled in this gives it a certain gravitas and Tinto Brass gives it his marked artistic air.
This is not your normal 'run of the mill' film.
