Another year where the Rumble match is the very main reason to watch. But unlike last year's Rumble PPV, the quality and the layout of matches were an improvement.

Resorting back to just 2 World Title matches and allowing for other important matches to make it onto the card and also the special appearance of legendary Boxing announcer, Michael Buffer, Royal Rumble 2008 kicked off an explosive start to the WWE PPV calendar of 2008.

in my eyes royal rumble is one of the best nights in sports entertainment. This royal rumble had everything and was exciting from start to finish. My only 2 disappointments where that Jeff Hardy never won his wwe title match, what a match it was however, and the surprise return at the end of the rumble, of which i new was going to happen, due to the predictability of the wwe sometimes. However a must for any fan!

I was extatic late last year when i discovered that the Royal Rumble would be in NYC when i was going to be there. i could not contain how exited i was, especially when we managed to get tickets. I was there, really it was one of the best nights ive ever had. It was amazing, and anybody who goes to an event like that, i dare you not to get all wrapped up in the atmosphere. Its a definate pre order for me. Ive just watched the return of Cena on you tube, and got goosebumps head to toe!

Royal rumble in my mind is one of the greatest events in wwe calender and this year Royal Rumble sold out at madison square garden was of the chain.The rumble match match it self was brill from the start.That started with last years winner The Undertaker facing the man who came 2nd place last year hbk.This is a a magical start to wrestlemania with the winner of this year heading of to wrestlemania 24.And with other matches on the card wwe champion randy orton vs jeff hardy was amazing hardy pulling off all stops to try and win his 1st championship.edge vs rey mysterio was an exciting match could have been better but it was good to see rey in action.JBL vs chris jericho was a bloody conflict between these men all the pain of what JBL caused jericho all came to bioling point at madison square garden.MVP vs ric flair flair on top form against this cocky uprising star whould flair career end at the worlds famous arena on jan 27th 2008 only way to see is to watch what i think is royal rumble class
