It's looking doubtful that there'll be any more Hustle, which is a shame. However, as much as I loved this series, and the cons were just as imaginative, but also more daring this time around, the loss of Mickey and introduction of Billy meant that this series is not Hustle at it's best. Billy is clearly being represented as another Danny, him knocking on the door mirrors Danny in series 1 almost exactly, but the problem is Billy ISN'T Danny. He doesn't have the wit, the humour... and quite frankly I can't believe that someone like him would ever be gain any mark's trust. Also, if this is the last series, the final scene was a bit of a let down. As funny as it was, I'd have liked to see some kind of ending to what was a fantastic show. However, Billy-bashing aside, this is still well worth buying, as everything (minus Mickey) that we loved about the old Hustle is still here. RIP, Hustle, you'll be sorely missed.

Season four is every bit as good as its predecessors. I always found Adrian Lester's character to be far too smug (even for a Grifter!), and his replacement, while - intentionally - not as accomplished as Lester's "Mickey Bricks", still convinces as a Grifter on the up.
The cons themselves are also as great and inventive as they ever were. Buy it.

This was truely one of the greatest shows to come out of the UK in a long time, but after the loss of Adrian Lester and an inexplicable loss in quality, presumably due to their desire to impress America more than maintain quality.
Marc Warren was not up to the task of replacing Adrian lester.
