This is a great film, which will keep you guessing throughout!!!

Daniel Craig is superb in this as he plays a successful middle man in a drugs plot. With is swerve appearance and witty comments this film is a must see.

If you like subtle action with a bit more sophistication this is the film for you!!!

    Great film!!!

When Daniel Craig was announced as the new Bond many people, as you are no doubt aware, had reservations. Well, as they are busy eating their words I will concentrate on this the British gangster classic that, to me, proved beyond a doubt that they had chosen the right man for the job. Steeping out of the shadows of Guy Richie, Matthew Vaughn delivers a superbly directed film we Brits should feel proud of. Stylish, sexy (mainly thanks to Sienna Miller) and full of energy this is a success all round. Supported by appearances from the likes of Michael Gambon, Kenneth Cranham, Jason Flemyng, Dexter Fletcher and Colm Meaney this is every bit the equal, at times even more so, than Vaughn and Ritchies collaborations. I can't help thinking if Matthew Vaughn had stuck with X-Men 3 he could have done wonders...

     Daniel Craig at his best

I watched this film way before Craig became Bond and was very impressed with his performance in it. Surely the film that cast Daniel Craig as Bond? I always thought it was maybe left open to make a sequel but as sequels go, maybe best left alone. Also a great lot of extras including a fantastic audio commentary. I also bought the CD soundtrack which is superb.

From the producer of Lock Stock and Snatch, Director Mathew Vaughn brings us a great crime thriller, from this film you can pin point the moment Daniel Craig was destined to be the next Bond, as he is simply superb in this stylish crime thriller. Like Lock Stock Snatch and the recent Rock N Roller the story is a labrynth of twists and turns. Boasting an all star cast that includes the likes of Michael Gambon and an star making turn from Sienna Miller, Layer Cake is a brilliantly executed british crime thriller, that is as darkly funny as it is thrilling.
If you Liked Lock Stock and Snatch, you will love every minute.
