Interesting but confusing show

I have always liked LOST, but I think it's past its prime. The seasons are getting shorter, the episodes are getting more farfetch'd, and the writers are getting sloppy. Seasons 1 & 2 were brilliant, 3 was good, and this one just seems OK.

Season 4 is the best season of Lost so far. Each episode is amazing, and leaves you wanting more. The episode 'The Constant' is one of my favourite episodes of the entire series, as well as the phenomenal finale. Can't wait till season 5.
Very good, however a little short.

This fourth instalment of the 'Lost' series is very good but a couple of tasty ingredients are missing. First of all the show just isn't the same without Charlie Pace (Dominic Monaghan) who bowed out at the end of season 3. I just feel that the characters that were close to him get over his demise a little too quickly. Having said that this season is still in the same vain as the previous three with Matthew Fox, Terry O'Quinn, Naveen Andrews, Josh Holloway and Henry Ian Cusack etc all reprising their roles. Marsha Thommason who played Naomi makes an all too brief return also( I was beginning to like her!!). We are also introduced to four new characters including Daniel Farraday(Jeremy Davies) and Miles Straume (Ken Leung). The season is great, however at just 13 or 14 episodes, it feels a little bit short.
