Rather unusual rom com, more rom than com!

Cute, and very relatable story following the lives of two people experiencing the first love in an american university, growing together, and then growing apart. You really get a feel for the love between the main characters, but I found the situation which surrounds them, namely their friends, to be much less than amusing, as hard as they try.

A sweet story about young love, although highly predictable (Boy meets girl, they fall in love, break up, they fall in love again. Throw in the -boy-drinks-an-entire-bottle-of-shampoo- , The end) 'Down to you' hits all the notes that you would expect from the american teen rom-com Genre. It stars two of Hollywood's Cutest then-adolescents as Imogen (Julia Stiles) and Al (Freddie Prince JR) Fans Of 'She's All That' may find this movie appealing.
