A good film for what it is. If anyone goes into it expecting anything other than a bloody gangster flick, then they shouldn't be watching it. The fact it is all based on a true story makes it even better for me. Lol at the comment about Tucker's wig (Honeymonster!). To be fair, I thought Harnett was good in the lead role, unlike the poster below! I must admit I struggled a little with Billy Murray as Mickey Steele, but each to their own! Overall, a hard-hitting, impressive and gritty film.
Brilliant

This is one of the best british gangsters films i have seen, the fact that its a true story based apon a book written by calton leach, who is the main charater in the film makes it that much better i i think thats what someother reviews are forgetting, i have seen some people blasting the storyline. You cant dismiss a move for bad story when it based on true events.
This film will have you hooked from the begining, and will also have you googleing essex boys to find the fact about these people best cause its so mind capturing. This movie is all about the life of british gangsters that we dont really hear about until someone is murdered, watch it , enjoy it, i did.
One thing i would say it bad about this film is the wig they use for tony tuckers hair, lol you will see what i mean, but this movies is still a classic in the making.
