This is the best season by far. It starts with the best episode they ever made, PROMETHEUS. Its the only time they ever captured the hulk. But by far the best season so far. A MUST FOR ANY HULK FAN.

 shirt ripping entertainment

Another good few episode`s.Yet again this set is displayed in a nice box for all hulk fan`s new or old like your`s truely. This set still keep`s the episode`s going strong. If you`ve tried shopping around for these classic`s you would probably like me notice how hard it`s been to find them.Id take this chance to grab the 4 series set`s as the next season comes out in september. The menu`s are kept easy & basic to use includes all the episode`s from the full 4th series.Still great entertainment & you get everything that you pay for.

The last truly good season of this show!

I have seen most episodes from this season, and while some people feel free to knock it, I for one think season 4 had some impressive episodes.

It started with an almighty bang in the form of the two-part Prometheus, in which Laurie Prange linked well with Bill Bixby as a tough, young blind woman who helps David when he's caught in a hybrid state (half human, half mutant) after he's come into contact with a radioactive meteor.

Dark Side is another significant episode. The beauty of this season was that the producers and writers were not afraid to change the show's formula a little and try out new ideas. In this quite disturbing and frightening story, written expertly by the late Nicholas Corea, we see David and the Hulk become vicious, murderous personalities, after the former's experiment dramatically fails.

Other highlights are Bring Me The Head Of The Hulk (McGee ends up protecting both his John Doe and the creature when an assassin plans to destroy the Hulk), the tense psychological thriller Wax Museum and last, but not least, The First, another two-parter which duly showcases Bill Bixby's acting talent, especially towards the end of part 2, just before the Hulk clashes with another, more sinister monster.

The Harder They Fall is one that really tugs the heart-strings and pushes all the right buttons, in terms of story and acting. Denny Miller, who appeared in season 2's Killer Instinct, returns as a more nicer character who helps David adapt to life as a paraplegic following a tragic accident. This one features some terrific, action-packed hulkouts and yet another welcome appearance from Jack Colvin as the relentless McGee.

I'll admit, there are some average episodes. Fast Lane is an enjoyable enough road adventure, featuring the rather delectable Victoria Carroll, Goodbye, Eddie Cain is an okay pastiche of '40s film noir mysteries, Deep Shock is a surreal drama in which David Banner can see into the future and Half Nelson is a typically endearing and humorous episode in which David helps out a midget wrestler.

I am looking forward to seeing the highly regarded King Of The Beach in which Lou Ferrigno plays another character, without any makeup, and Interview With The Hulk, which is usually dubbed as the last impressive episode of the Hulk, right up there with the likes of Married, Mystery Man and Homecoming.
