American Dad! (from Family Guy creator, Seth MacFarlane) is the animated story of Stan Smith, who works for the CIA and is constantly on the alert for terrorist activity. Stan will go to extremes to protect his beloved America from harm - as evidenced by the terror-alert color code on his fridge, and his frequent knee-jerk reaction of shooting holes in the toaster whenever the toast pops up.

Season one and two were outstanding so it was a dissapointing that the third season didnt quite live up to the standards set, season 3 still has it moments tho look out for the ep based around a soft drink that had me in tears.

and like people say dont compare to family guy even if its the same creator they are 2 completely differant programmes even though they seem similar this is absoulutely hilarious also i love this stan is funny as and you should defanatly watch it!

Excellent show and they are in full seasons, but due to last years writers strike season 3 wasn't a full season. Now family guy do release a season in 2 lots which is why it appears that were 2 seasons ahead of america
