I have been doing this for 5 days a week for 2 weeks doing 1/2hour- hour sessions and I have seen great results already. I already have some definition in my arms and have lost 1/2 stone with in this time. I would highly recommended it. I often swap the work outs with the Davina fit DVD too just to mix it up a bit.

I have been buying Davina's fitness dvd's since 2007. And i actually thought that 'Intense' would be difficult to beat. But alas NO! I have read some reviews that the legs and core section aren't good, but i disagree. This is such a good workout. There are four section each 15 minutes long working on target areas. Cardio, legs, arms and core. I have managed to do so far to do this 5-6 times a week doing two sections at a time but now i am going to increase from 2kg weight up to 3kg to work harder on my core. I will try to do as much as i can but with a toddler and a baby! Well done Davina, Mark and Jacqui! Brilliant once again.

I have all of Davina's work outs as I find them easy to follow and fun , I mix and match them up just so I don't get bored. I also add hand weights to the cardio sections to work a little harder.
I liked Intense but Fit in 15 is fab , really works you and its not too long so its over before you know it. I did all 4 together last night for the first time and my legs are killing me today - so a sign of a good work out.
Highly recommended.

Having pre-ordered, i did my Fit in 15 workout today. I did them all back to back and loved it!! There are elements from previous workouts but this is much harder. I have got a bit out of shape but doing this should sort that out. I would not just do one section but found doing all 4 back to back was a brill all over workout- here's to getting fit for 2014 x
