Top 10 DVD Reviewer

This third adventure is a welcome return to form that was set by Raiders. The film is an amazing adventure from the moment it starts. and it's good to see Indy fight the Nazi's again. But of course this time we get the added bonus of Connery as Indy's dad, and the interplay between the characters is very funny , but also warm.
As ever the action is outstanding, and the film never misses a beat. But there are a few tiny problems, the opening sequence of the young Indy is great fun and does serve as a back story to his relationship with his dad, but I can't help feeling it's more of a advertisment for the Tv series The Young Adventures Of Indiana Jones. Also The ending with the Knight guarding the Holy Grail seems a little too fantastic and feels out of place with the Nazi bashing of the real world. But these are very minor faults, and do not stop this from being a classic adventure, that whip the likes of Tomb raider and National Treasure in to touch.
SUPERB!

Probably my favourite of the 3, this time the Nazi's return to stand in Indy's way but surely by now we know nothing can stop him. With Sean Connery as his dad the 2 provide some good chemistry, and as usual the action is non-stop with another great adventure story to be told, 5 star film no doubt.

a return to form where the second film stalled Indy may have mellowed a bit since then but what made the film funny to watch was where towards the end his father (Sean Connery) explained how his son named himself Indiana Jones considering it was the name that his late pet dog used much to the amusment of his fellow companions and to Indy;s embarresment which adds some lighter moments to the third film which ended the trilogy on a high note.
