Seasons 1,2 & 3 were very good & quite humourous, but this season seems to lack the humour of the previous seasons, this is mainly due to Gibbs, initially leaving at the end of season 3 & now the appearance of Tony's new girlfriend & The Chiefs persuit of Le Frog, which has made this season darker than the previous ones, but thankfully Ducky, Ziva, Abby & Magee, have not been altered in any way, which remains the basic strength of this excellent series, hopefully season 5 will return to the humour of the 3 previous seasons, but this is still better than it's competition of the CSI's, especially Miami & New York let me know if you agree with me.

NCIS who would have thought that a series looking at naval investigations would be any good.

I have watched all 4 seasons and each one is better than the last. I was sorry when Kate left at the end of season 2 but Ziva and Jenny coming in season 3 took care of that.

All of the characters seem to be like a big family and you can feel the closeness.

This one looked more at Gibbs and Tony's love lives. Thank God Gibbs came back.

Can't wait for Season 5

This is easily the best season of NCIS so far. I would defininately reccomend buying this boxset!!!!!

NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Servive) is a show about a group of navy criminalists, who solve crimes involving the navy and occasionly terrorists. Season 4 is the best season yet, the "La Grenouille" story arc in particular is exceptional, the chemistry between the actors/actresses is also fantastic, the show is very believable and has lots of great moments, Season 4 also has plenty of twists to keep you watching, and ends with a thrilling cliffhanger!

Hooray after the ending of Series 3 & wondering whether Gibbs would return, it's good to see him back with the rest of the gang. It's strange how there seems to be 2 sets of love triangles in this series with Ziva & Tony with Tony's new girlfriend & Gibbs, Jenny (Lauren Holly) & Gibbs's new girlfriend. You seem to always wonder will they/ won't they throughout the series. The chemistry between the characters is brilliant. Easily one of the best TV shows available at the mo. Well recommended.

great show. if you haven't seen it on c5 you're missing out.

I have been watching the new series religiously on T.V and waiting for the box set to come out. Clever writing, great acting, dramatic story lines from the first episode! I have to hand it to the cast and crew for creating another awesome and ever increasingly addictive show!!
The whole series is completely and uterly great and the box set is no different. And with a whole load of special features any hard core fan will glued to their TV sets.
