after being let down by 2 other work out dvds, i found this one the best by far!! It has 4 easy sections to target areas that lets u choose 3 levels of difficulty and is easy to follow. The girl explains the routines very well. It builds up a gently sweat and u do feel it the nxt day but it soon goes. I would deffo recommend this dvd.
Cant wait to see the results in a months time!

This dvd flows through 4 sections, starting with a warm up-some low impact dance moves and marching-although it does what it says-it warms you up. The next sections are legs,arms,bum and tum, and are fantastic. They really hurt. I found Jackie Diss' toned abs made me work somewhat harder! Not great for cardio, but if you couple this with early morning running, i'm sure it would really work. Was sweating all the way through but not out of breath-hence the need for cardio too.The scenery gives it a nice feel as well.Nice work if you can get it.Definatley 4/5.
