I wasn't sure what to expect when i saw this film first time, but i loved it!!! it's sweet and funny at times and sad at the end. I would recommend this film to anyone over the age of 12 and think it is a must-see, must-have girly film. I think this is one of Sarah Michelle Gellar's best films and hope there is another film coming out soon.
Surprised

I love Sarah Michelle Geller . At first I was a little creeped out that she was getting it on with Alec Baldwin as he is not sexy and old but it is such a big part of the story line you couldnt so it any other way. An excellent film not what I expected but really good.
sweet and fun

When i saw this film i was not expecting to watch anything more than your average rom-com but this film is much more mature and deeper than alot of other films of the same genre. the acting by Gellar and Baldwin is perfect with great chemistry and the support can't be faulted.
All in all and light hearted film that is very enjoyable and sweet. highly recommended.
Suprised.

Sarah Michelle Gellar looked the best i think she EVER has. All of her wardrobe was trendy, and very seasonal.
Her character was a likable, bubbly girl- which made her very easy to connect with. To be honest...i honestly went into this movie not knowing what the hell it was about. And not to mention I'm not Alec Baldwin's biggest fan. The movie was quirky and very up-beat. It was surprisingly quite witty and dealt with a serious issue of tragedy (won't spoil the plot ). I am quite confused about the ending...although it ended with a smile on Sarah's face....and what else could you ask for!
Its not your obvious, hit-you-in-the-face romcom...it is very smart and mature. Not a fan of the genre, but this movie impressed me. I think it should be more popular with an older audience, rather than a younger generation because it deals with a girl becomming a woman and dating an older man (who is only 7 years younger than Brett's father!?).
Its a must, for fans of the romantic genre- and even ones who aren't. I have the feeling you will be pleasantly surprised by this film.
Sarah shines

I saw this film last month and have to say i loved it. Although its not up there with her best work, SMG is amazin in this role. its great to see her in something different than we are used to. i feel that if more time had been taken on the script it would have been alot better. having said that, this is a most for any SMG fan. But if you want to see her amaze you with her acting ability check out The Air I Breathe, she is unbelievable in this film
