I got introduced to this show by a dvd I won in a raffle, best 20p I ever spent.
Truly heartwarming, truly cringy and always funny.
Gentle comedy that is a treat to watch all hours of the day.

Series 1 is a 'must' Poignant, funny, witty and makes you think! A very very good series. cant wait to watch Series 2 now. Lets hope there's enough material for a Series 3 etc!

This programme is the best i have seen in years! I absolutly love it. The first series is amazing and they did a great job putting together a second series. I just hope they don't stop there. Absolutly amazin! I am defo going to buy this when it's released! If anyone's unsure if they'd like it...Don't be. I don't see how anyone can't like it it;s just funny through and through!

i watched one episode and was hooked.
i was so happy at the end of the last episode (i wont spoil it for those who did not see it)

This is a great second sreies, i mean i loved the firdt series and have watched it over and over again. But i mean the last episode i was laughing one minute and nearly crying the next and it's like that througghout the whole series, absolutely brilliant. buy it as soon as it comes out.

I cant wait to but this! I bought the first series and watched them both while they were on tv and still want them on DVD to wach over and over again... I f anyone is reading this and is in two minds whether to buy this or not take my advice and just go for it... you wont be disappointed!!!

However much this costs, you must buy it as soon as it comes out, it is the greatest comedy out there and a quality job by the BBC to put it on the telly. This second series can even hold up to the first, the show is just that good.

What a great series to follow series one!! each episode kept me hooked. The final episode was pure genius, i laughed out loud one minute and was sobbin the next!!!

I'm not gonna lie to you ... it's hilarious! Whilst some comedy programmes make me smile, this one makes me laugh out loud. Rob Brydon doing James Blunt - I'm sure there's a future for him on X Factor!
Pure genius comedy. Just the simple dry humour has my sides splitting. I can't rave on about it enough.
Please can we see series 3 very soon - Gavin and Stacey to be godparents to baby Neil and then have a baby themselves!
Keep it tucked away on BBC3 and then I can enjoy the re-runs on BBC2 again and again! Classic!

I might go as far as to say this series is better than the first! HILARIOUS!
Rob Brydon singing James Blunt... unmissable... but Nessa doing the robot makes this series, I swear haha. Ruth Jones is a writing and acting Genius! James Corden... Well again, simply brilliant! These 2, Rob Brydon and Alison Steadman deserve all the credability in England and Wales, but for some reason they don't get it! Severely underrated and underviewed by the British public...
