They should have left him alone!

The Bourne Supremacy re-enters the shadowy world of expert assassin Jason Bourne (Damon), who continues to find himself plagued by the splintered nightmares from his former life. The stakes are now even higher for the agent as he coolly maneuvers through the dangerous waters of international espionage - replete with CIA plots, turncoat agents and constantly shifting covert alliances - all the while hoping to find the truth behind his haunted memories and answers to his own fragmented past...

Can there be a more talented director than Paul Greengrass around at the moment? Supremacy not only bettered the impressive original Bourne Identity but forced the Bond franchise to reinvent itself. His United 93 embarassed Oliver Stones lacklustre Twin Towers and we have the final Bourne movie to look forward to.
Supremacy is dark. The opening section totally destroys any previous conception the audience might have had about how the franchise might progress. A single shocking turn of events totally puts us on the back foot.
An aggressive editing style throughout the film helps the kinetic energy surge from the screen. No one is safe. You can feel every bone snap and every car crash. The sound design only helps to crank up the danger and these characters get hurt.
The car chase through Moscow is jaw-dropping in its execution. The excitement, danger, and tension is tangible as it reaches its climax in a tunnel.
Even more spectacular are the quiet moments of Bournes introspection as he discovers more clues about his past. The emotionial turmoil Damon brings to Bourne elevate Supremacy to one of the best movies of the last ten years.

 Bond or Bourne

The first bond was made in 1962 Dr No. That movie alone gets its fair share of air play on the TV to this very day... I wonder; will we still be watching bourne in 46 years from now? I don't think so... bourne is fun, good entertainment. Bond is well proven and is here to stay, long live bond... he has no substitutes.

It continues on after the first where Jason Bourne (Damon) is on holiday with his girlfriend when he comes under fire from a special agent from the company that he worked for but when his girlfriend gets hit in the crossfire he brings all out rage to all those who oppose him. The action is much better than before and the plot like last time was great maybe a bit more of an edge this time. If you liked the first then you will love this one. Enjoy
