At the age of 21, Tim is told an incredible family secret by his father: all the men in his family have the ability to relive their past. He can revisit any moment in his life to try things differently until he gets them perfectly right. He decides to use his special new gift to win the heart of the beautiful Mary, but finds that the course of true love can be hilariously difficult - even with the ability to try, try and try again.

About Time is a romantic comedy about love, life and time travel, which discovers that, in the end, making the most of life may not need time travel at all.

More than just a Rom Com

this film is a must see. you dont find out WHY the men in the family can time travel in their own lives but its done in a great rom com way to acheive love in his life. but its a beautiful story of the love each member of this family have for each other and tests the theory we all have thought about:- what if i cud go back in time and change............... wud life have been better??? or is it more important to live each day as though we only do have one shot at it.
its more than a rom com and i disagree wholely with the previous persons review of this film. worth a watch for sure

 worst ever

Top 100 Electronics Reviewer

This has to be the worse ever romantic film ever produced in the UK. Tries to be four weddings but fails. Avoid at all cost.

 Clever, heartwarming and refreshingly different

Superb acting, Bill Nighy and his on screen wife in particular. It is a different twist on the usual rom-com format. It is cleverly done and you really warm to the characters.

It stayed with me for days afterwards. It makes you consider and evaluate the relationships in your life and sends a wonderful positive message about how to view the time we have and how we choose to spend it.

Would absolutely recommend.

My favourite film of the year by far. Really struck a chord with me and tore at my heart strings. The writer obviously made this from personal experience as the scenes with his Dad were outstanding. Amazingly touching. Hankies at the ready!!
