ZZ Top: Live From Texas

This is a must have dvd ZZTop are excellent, they should have brought out a dvd a long time ago, watched it once and watched it again it is a fantastic concert in Texas, bonus footage is also good small insights into a band that have previously been somewhat secretive, thanks for this concert it really is good. PS play it loud.

Name another band that has all the original members almost 40 years on? Nope, didn't think you could!As Billy Gibbons once described their sound - 4 flat tyres on a muddy road -he is the king of guitar tone where less is more. He may not be the fastest of players but compared to speed merchants like Yngwie Malmsteen we all know who would win every time. Raise your glass and toast that little ol' band from Texas - ZZ Top!

I bought this DVD on a whim, having always liked the band but never having really "gotten into" them. This DVD amazed me, I had no idea just how GOOD a live act they are, truly magnificent!! ZZ Top play all the big hits from Eliminator and Afterburner and all the highlights from their earlier albums to an ecstatic home crowd. (Watch out for some seriously hot looking chicks in the audience as well!!). Awsome band, awsome gig....BUY IT NOW!!!!

I`ve been waiting for this a long, long time. Possibly the coolest band on the planet. Setlist is great, band is tight as hell and Gibbons is god. What a player, what a SOUND. The extras are short, but pretty cool. It`s all about coolness folks, ZZ Top it is. Buy this now, price is very acceptable!
