I just love this film so much. Even though its a typical Chick Flick film it is just so good. The film is very funny and I just loved it from start to finish. A must see film to watch with all the girls!

 funny, youthful, and flirtatious

this film is a real pic me up, with it's embarrassing and 'i hate my life' moments we all have growing up i thought the film was a great modern adaptation of the books!!

 very let down!!!

i had to watch this because i loved the books when i was a teen but the film is rubbish they've made georgia a really unlikeable character in the film compared to the book when she was relatable i found it a let down

 Back to my teens!!!

Being 23 i thought maybe i was going to be a bit old for this film but i really enjoyed it, i took me back to when i was in school and had my crushes on boys. the girls in this film are really convincing and it really made me feel for them. i laughed thoughout this film at all the little things you do when you you have a crush, they go wrong and you want a big hole to appear in the floor as swallow you up. well worth buying to sit in with the girls and watch.

 Unfortunately, disappointing!

I absolutely love the books as they are hilarious but this really does them no justice! the look of the characters are wrong apart from maybe rosie and you just dont get the quirkiness that you get from the books. its ok to watch once as something light hearted, but theres far better adaptions out there!

 Surprisingly Quite Good

I only bought this as a cheap chic flick to watch on a winter day, but I actually enjoyed it. It took me back to those silly boy crushed back in school, funny and a laugh with the girls. There's some rather silly things said that just wouldn't but all in all was worth the few quid to watch and I shall keep it and lend it to friends. And I love the Angus (the cat)!

 Surprisingly amazing!

i love this film and have watched it over and over and over and over again (sometimes i do skip to certain bits that make me smile)
it is OTT as nobody actually says 'you make me laugh like a loon on loon tablets'
but i love it, i really wished id had a lose knit group of mates when i was younger.
the message behind the film is a good one.
a very very girly film.
and aaron johnson is very cute!

I really found this film enjoyable, and it had a great story behind it, of which i am sure many teenagers can relate to. It was really funny in some places, yet still managed to carry a serious message. I think it would be enjoyed by women of all ages, but i don't really think it is one for the men.
Overall, this is a great, light-hearted comedy that can cheer you up and make you laugh, without being silly and random.
My advice; one for the girls.
