The Love Guru stars Mike Myers as Pitka an American who was raised in India by Gurus and is now back in the U.S. to seek fame and fortune in the world of self-help and spirituality!

His unorthodox methods are put to the test when he must settle a rift between Toronto Maple Leafs star hockey player, Darren Roanoke (Romany Malco) and his estranged wife. After the split, Roanoke's wife starts dating L.A. Kings star Jacques Grande (Justin Timberlake) out of revenge, sending her husband into a major professional skid -- to the horror of the teams' owner Jane Bullard (Jessica Alba) and Coach Cherkov (Verne Troyer). Pitka must return the couple to marital nirvana and get Roanoke back on his game so the team can break a 40-year-old curse and win the Stanley Cup.

This movie does have its funny moments but there are not enough of them, the film has a great cast but fails to be perfect, Mike Myers has got to stop doing these cheap roles where he does his Austin powers thing in another act and actually do what everybody wants which is another Austin powers movie!! Jessica Alba is sexy as hell as usual but dont save the film, its not bad im sure allot of people will like it but its more of a rent and watch once film not worth spending money buying!

 Total Trash

I cant believe i have even given this a one star......after watching 30 mins off this rubbish in the cinema, i had to leave as it was fustratingly un-funny!!!! What happened to proper comedy....this is just full of genital and fart jokes...not really funny for people with more than half a brain cell....dont buy this....he will only make more crap.

 Sorry Mike..!

The only reason this movie gets 1 star is for the appearance of the stunning Jessica Alba. Sorry Mike this movie is dreadful for your standards. Terrible acting and very poor delivery on the jokes (if you can describe them as jokes)

 Waste of money!!

I went to see this film at the cinema....wasnt impressed at all! Mike Myers is just trying to hard to be funny and its embarrasing to watch and very boring! Seriously, dont waste your money on this film!

This is a terrible movie, not funny at all relies on stupid humour, it fails at that, i dont need a comedy to be "intelligent" and can enjoy a good silly film but this is just awful. I think everyone expected more from mike myers, bring back austin powers i think, and in response the the other review it doesnt matter whether you have a degree or not you still have poor taste in films.
