Burn After Reading

Brad Pitt is a extremely versatile actor and is having a real laugh playing this air head gym instructor who keeps on landing himself in trouble. George Cloony is a fitness and sex freak who always seems to be paranoid. John Malkovich is an ex CIA annalist who has the most funny angry temper that I've seen in a long time. Tilda Swinton plays a most excellent ice queen b#*ch. Frances McDormand works with Brad Pitt at the gym and is the main cause of all the crazy chaos about nothing that really matters which makes this film so funny. I won't say to much more as I don't want to give to much away but, there are some real shocking surprises in this silly complex and dark humoured film.

Very Good movie by the Coens. In Comedy mode again after the Dark Drama of No Country for Old Men. Not on Par with the Classic Raising Arizona or The Big Lebowski but MUCH better than Intolerable Cruelty and The Ladykillers. The story is pretty silly but works due to the acting and writing. The performances are good and bad, Pitt is Hilarious, Clooney is Quirky, Malkovich is Brilliant, Frances Mc Dormand starts off well but gets annoying and Tild Swinton is annoying in ALL her scenes.
Not Clasic Coens, but very good nontheless.

I have enjoyed all the coen movies and they always leave you wanting more and always a great line up of actors.you have to be open minded when watching this because its not what you expect.i think this is a great film,i ignore other reviews.
Go for it- and you'll be surprised!!give it a chance!!!

I loved this film - i just couldn't stop laughing and although i though it would be the kind of film to bore me senseless, it actually had me hooked from the first couple of minutes right until the end. I was like WOW at the ending, i would recommend this film highly although it may not be everyone's cup of tea.

I will start by saying that I have seen a majority of the Coen Brothers films, and found none of them other than Fargo and one or two others to be anything more than average. But this film, with an outstanding cast has to be one of the most clever, funny thrilling films ever made. Pure Genius from start to finish with some shock twists and dark humour. ONE FOR HITCHCOCK FANS!!
