This is a good movie overall, but with enough flaws to only give it 3 stars. Other reviewers are either easily satisfied or not film enthusiasts. The script is hollow and transparent, the acting is wooden although neeson does his best with the material he has. The plot is obvious and unoriginal. And the cliches never end with one scene even having a baguette carrying french guy called jean claude! Easy to watch and entertaining but by no means a real spy thriller like bond or bourne.
Honestly, this is the best action/thriller I've seen in years. It got my attention from the word go, and I was glued to the screen throughout. I very much respect Liam Neeson for his acting, and for the way he carefully chooses his roles (only the best will do!). Once again he has come up trumps with this fantastic film which deserves every success.

I have to start of by say this is the best 1hr 30mins film that i have seen in along time, the story is of a retired international spy ( liam neeson) who took a terrific part and made it his own, lets his daughter go away on a holiday to paris and is kidnapped by a human traffic organization and now must uses his old skills to find her and take revenge on those responsible behind the kidnapping written by luc besson the great mind behind LEON if you want action fight scene's gun battles then buy this 4 DEFO
Saw this film whilst in Paris at the beginning of the year. Quite frankly, I was blown away by this edge-of-your-seat, white knuckle ride of a flick. Whilst I wouldn't have initially cast Liam for the lead role, he quickly sets about by exceeding expectations. Miss it and miss out!
