An awful film, a bad script and hopless acting . I'm watching this for the second time because I couldn't believe it was actually THIS BAD on first sight. Apart from looking at the blatant product placemement there is nothing to reccommnedit. If i met this lot in a cabin and I had a gun( like that cheesy professor who turned up at the cabing the day after his wife died, and he didn't telly anyone ?) I would have shot them all. AVOID.

 Great.

really good film. if your looking for action do not even bother, I honestly don't know anything else like this nothing I can really compare it to, maybe Kpax.

Sheer genius - gripping and thought-provoking!

This is a remarkable science fiction film in that it contains no action or special effects or futuristic gadgets. It's a low budget production and is all the better for it. The film centres on one character who reveals something about himself to a group of academic colleagues who have gathered at his remote cabin in order to say goodbye. This character is moving on and it becomes clear that he wants to share something more of himself than just a shallow goodbye.

The movie takes place in one room with a few excursions to the outdoors, and the director does wonders within with his limited means.

This story is completely compelling and draws the viewer in without any flashy pyrotechnics or gimmicks. It is quite simply science fiction at its very best, challenging the audience to think and consider previously unthought of possibilities.

Very highly recommended!

 Sci-Fi for Thinkers

At last Sci-Fi movies are catching up with Sci-Fi literature and we are getting Sci-Fi movies for thinkers.

This is a truly engrossing film that will challenge some of your preconceived ideas of life and history and maybe even open your minds to the alternative possibilities.

A must have movie for any Sci-Fi fan that loves more than just special effects.

 Brilliant

This movie is one of the best movies that have been made in the recent years. It is not a movie for those who are after action, but for the intellectual who enjoys a thought-provoking movie. The religious may be offended by the historical facts brought out at one point in the movie, but religion is not the topic of the film.

It is rare to find a story that draws you in like this one does. The actors do a brilliant job as well. This movie proves that a large budget and special effects are not needed for a great film.

This is a movie you'd want to see again, and well worth buying.

 Simply amazing...

The most all-involving movie I had a chance to watch in years.
Very touching and deep, it's not just a "movie for atheists", but one for those who love to think about things.
Anything is possibile.

Sheer Storytelling Greatness... An incredible premise!!

One of the top 5 films of 2007 without a doubt.

Regardless of what another reviewer says, this is not a vehicle for atheists (Hows that bad?) it dosent say anything about weither God exists or not (Personal Deity Form)....
Anyway religion is only one thought or topic about this story

This is a thinking persons movie or one that has a free mind or enlightened mind..
Def worth the 13 euros. David Lee Smith and Tony Todd stand out in the acting department. Great camera work.
If i have any complaints its in the lighting department. Bit too TV bright at times.
The story is amazing and it may teach you a few things about whats behind religion. John Oldman dosent follow any religion, And exposes clearly that people dont remember humans great history and continue to follow religion, continually falling into its traps of oppression of the human spirit. and blind ignorant wars.

Poses another question about what jesus would think to see what has been done in his name, any how his teachings have been cruely warped. Basically be altruistic!!.

this film is forrest gump without the flash-backs and a vehicle for
athiests. the content is shallow and if the script had landed on
my desk it would have been returned for a complete rewrite.
a waste of money dont buy it.
