When Ned Devine dies from shock after winning the lottery, two longtime friends in his Irish village, Michael (David Kelly) and Jackie (Ian Bannen), discover the body and agree Ned would want them to benefit from his good luck. They embark on an outrageous scheme to claim the ticket. But first they have to get all the village folk to go along with their plan!

one of the best films that i have seen ,good laughs throughout pitty there was not a part two.
