In my opinon DS9 is the best out of all the Star Trek series. I watched it when it was first aired and now have boxset no. 1 with boxset no.2 following shortly. I've read reviews on the first boxset on other sites and some reviewers have put the first series down for being too slow and the plots being too uninvolving. I found it to be the total opposite. From the first episode I was hooked all over again.
