I watched Long way down on the tv and really liked the idea. So i decided to get this. In my opinion it is alot better and you really get into the idea of the journey.
This is a must see for anyone interested in travel, giving you a nice insight into the countries they travel through.

Well what can i say. This is one heck of an amazing adventure. This series is one of my favourites. Ewan and Charley take you from London to New York via some amazing countries. The roads they have to travel through, the culture, the people, the amazing sites. This series has everything! Each episode leaves you hungry for the next and after 7 hours of suspense of sitting on your sofa, you feel as if you want get up and do it all yourself!
Fantastic. Amazing. Excellent.
Need i say more?
the ultimate road trip?

Ewan, Charlie and their cameraman Claudio take the most intrepid of journeys, across the largest landmass on the planet. Its more engrossing, inspiring and gripping a documentary then I could have imagined, one that makes you wish there was more video footage! It introduces some of the most isolated, barren, unpopulated and undiscovered parts of the world, Mongolia, Siberia and Kazakhstan in a way no other tv programme could. Some incredible genuine encounters with people, especially in Mongolia. Amazing that despite the ups and downs, their friendship doesn't seem to crack, in fact its reinforced. Its the ultimate trip in my opinion. Though its easy to lose some of the fascination when they touch down in the United States. But despite this I will be buying long way down too.
