While a serial killer keeps the city in the grip of fear, Detective Perry (Ron Perlman) sets out to find the perpetrator. Meanwhile, housewife Amy Martin (Claudia Christian) becomes an aid the investigation when she reports that she is being stalked by her tennis instructor. Her husband (Corbin Bernsen) also becomes a suspect when she reveals that he's been spending a decreasing amount of time at home. Will Amy prove to be the key to the city's return to safety, or is she just another dead end?
