This is one of my favourite films of all time. A few of my friends who I have lent the film too have disagreed but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Its unusual and obscure but its fantastic. Buy it now.
In the wake of brilliance.

Being John Malkovich is a superbly original and thought provoking classic. This previously overseen gem to me has recently entered my life as one of my top ten favourite films.
The movie is held together by an excellent cast of accomplished actors and gifted crew that does nothing but compliment Charlie Kaufman's achievement in writing 'Being John Malkovich'.
In addition to the excellent script, Spike Jonze's direction has exceeded in places otherwise thought unachievable by him and surpassed my prejudiced expectations of diversely fresh material for a movie.
An excellent movie and definitely worth buying at only £4.99.
Weirdly Wonderful

This must be one of the most bizarre, weird, amazingly unique films I've seen. The puppeteer who starts with beautifully choreographed mannequins and ends up operating from inside someones mind. It is a mindblowing concept, I was totally engrossed from beginning to end.
Ignore that simpleton MojitoJoe, this is a brilliant film.

One of the weirdest, funniest and most original films you'll ever see. Well worth buying as it has good rewatchability. Th e cinematic equivalent of taking magic mushrooms. Helps if you have a modicum of intelligence.
Amazing script, amazing visuals, amazing puppetry (?) and a totally bizarre concept.
This is another one of a kind love it or hate it movie and again it's because it's totally original and therefore requires thought.
Do you like The Fisher King? Pi? Twelve Monkeys? Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind? Donnie Darko? American Beauty? Then maybe you might like this, but a lovely feel good popcorn picture this certainly isn't!
This gets you second guessing everything, at first it's what the hell is going on, then it's why, then it's 'Ah!' and then you want to watch it again and show it to your friends.
Or 'Dude, what the hell was THAT crap!?', dependent upon your tastes.
Best of all, if you know any man who craps himself at any suggestion of sexual doubt, see if you can get him to watch this movie, it plays brilliantly with concepts of sex and sexuality in such a way that even a simpleton can finally understand the differences between the two, and sometimes when the penny finally drops, it's damned funny!
Not to diss Malkovich who is just great, but I think it would have worked MUCH better had the title star been someone more Hollywood A list celeb, like Tom Cruise, but I'm guessing there was a reason.
Oh yes, and by the way, the extras are as clever as the movie, and this is the only time ever the DVD menu itself got me laughing!
