Wimbledon an iconic event in the sporting calender, and the alst British winner was back in 1936 when Fred Perry lifted the title. But can this all change? The plot is rivetting and runs along nicely. Paul Bettany is perfect as the 'over the hill' tennis player. Richard Curtis's story mixes the elements of sport and romance in one. This film is perfect for anyone from students to a middle aged couple. Oh and look out for the Kirsten Dunst shower scene...

It is on one hand good,
And on the other it sucks.
Some of the scenes entertain you very much.
But in more scenes it is outstandingly boring, sometimes thinks it's being funny, it really isn't.
So if you love being bored, then this is the movie for you.
