I got this because I am in to MMA and thought I'd give it a go. It is a fantastically made documentary giving a candid and surprising insight into the life of full contact fighter Mark Kerr. Not just a collection of fight footage but tells a compelling story of the difficulities and fear Mark faces as he prepares for his fights.
Even if you're not a fan of MMA or the UFC etc, this is superbly made and will have you hooked.
