When my wife made me watch this i was thinking not another chick flick to go with the disaster that was Mama Mia and P.S I Love You.
But i was quite taken by this film the story was quite good the cast all put in excellent performances and the fact that you dont see a single bloke in the whole film until the end is a very clever idea.
So guys if your other half gives you the choice of this or something like P.S I Love You jump on this very quickly as it is a decent charming little film on the sly.
i absolutely LOVED this film!!! talked about it for weeks to my girl friends! you are seriously missing out if you do not give this film a go!!!
WELL FUNNY!! went to see this thinking it would be a really girly movie just about clothes and make-up but its so much more than that its just pure laughs!!!
i was really looking forward to seeing this film due to its amazing cast, but it was the most awful film i have seen in years! very slow storyline to the point of distinct boredom, characters are not at all likeable and although the all women cast is a good novelty, it wears thin when they are walking around a massive department store or on a main road and there are no men to be seen!! sorry to say but this really is one to miss!
I went to see this 3 times at the cinema!! I love chick flicks and if you watch the film you'll notice there is not one man/male in the film, even the animals are females!! Lol! It's a good film to get into and it has great actresses in it!! If you enjoy films like the devil wears prada or 13 going on 30 etc you'll like this. :)
