This is one of the worst films I've ever seen. With a sense of humour that is stale, forced and unfunny, this movie does all it can not to entertain, but to torture the viewer. The plot and characters totally fail to interest or pull you in and therefore this film fails on every level. Definitely one to avoid if you have a good sense of humour and want to be entertained. Personally, I'd prefer to be locked in an iron maiden for a couple of hours than ever watch this film again.
My boyfriend bought this to watch on one of our nights in && we weren't disappointed. It's such a good film, has a good storyline although admittedly, a little childish but it is a child's film so what can you expect really?! We were both sitting there like little kids giggling at bob - Seth Rogan totally rocks! (: Definitely recommended, especially at that price!
Bought this expecting quite a lot given that I am a huge fan of most of the voice-actors in it, and was not disappointed! The storyline is a little bit silly, but what do you really expect from a kids film!?
I'd say that the only down-side is the fact that usually the makers of animated movies put in a few double entendres or slightly risque references for the adults, but this film doesn't have too many of these, although it more than makes up for this with the action sequences which are spot on, as well as references to old horror and science fiction movies which would make any movie-connoisseur smile.
The voice actors all did a great job, Reese Witherspoon suprised me (I've never really been a huge fan) and is very good, and Seth Rogen as B.O.B is utterly hilarious! Overall I'd say it's more aimed at the kids this time, but is still very funny and will keep the adults amused too!
