When I watched this film I was in a stream of tears because I have a friend who died at the tender age 25.
From Muscular Dystrophy Duchenne which is the most deadly of the disorder. And it is what "Rory O'Shea has and he died of the same as my friend.
So it hits home like a lump hammer when you have close friends with the same disorder.
His brother as had it he died last year of the same at the age of 18.
It is a rather too good poor trail of the disorder and the effects of the problem and it's generative outcome which is death though muscle wastage.
Make sure you has have a stiff drink and tissues if u have anybody who has died from this disorder who is suffering from this. yours Tim Solt
ps Incase and body knew my friend Tim Bright his Memorial is at Childokeford Church at 2:30am.Thats in Dorset nr Sturminster Newton.
Heartbreaking.

I've seen this movie for the first time about two years ago on a movie channel, but it was Called "Rory O'Shea was here". I watched it twice in one day. It is a very simple story that is actually not that simple at all. We all have feelings no matter what, who or where we are in life and this movie has an amazing way of showing that. With incredible acting from Steven Robertson but also James McAvoy and Romola Garai.
Awesome
