Captain Jean-Luc Picard and the Next Generation crew engage in their most thrilling adventure yet - a sci-fi action event that "stands proud and apart" (Richard Corliss, Time).

They call themselves the Borg - a half-organic, half machine collective with a sole purpose: to conquer and assimilate all races. Led by their seductive and sadistic queen (Alice Krige), the Borg are headed to Earth with a devious plan to alter history. Picard's earlier encounter with the Borg almost killed him. Now, he wants vengeance. But how far will he go to get it?

I did not care for Star Trek when I first watched this film but I was very surprised. To keep it simple -
Effects - 10
Story - 10
Action - 10
Borg - 10
Jean Luc Picard - 10
Very good film. Watch it in the dark as there is a few jumpy scene's throughout.

One of the best Star Trek Film's ever

A brilliant film and probably the best one involving the Next Generation crew. The effects are very good and it has all the thing's a Star Trek film needs. A brilliant enemy, a brilliant crew and a brilliant story line. It get's a lot more darker than the TV series, which add's a nice twist. Also the acting of the borg Queen and Data is fantastic.
It follow's on nicely from the TV series. It's a wounderful Sci-Fi film in it's self and you should be able to get into it even if your not a trekkie fan. Very enjoyable

Best Star Trek Movie Ever Made.

This is a fast paced brilliant movie, with a brilliant and captivating storyline. Patrick Stewart was, as always, fantastic as the caring Captain Picard. As a long time Star Trek fan, I think think is the finest and most exciting Star Trek movie ever made, Nemesis comes a close second. If this is your 'First Contact' with Star Trek:TNG I urge you to watch more. Warp factor 9 with the crew of NCC 1701 E to boldly go where the 'Trekkies' love to go.

 Simply the best TNG movie!

Not only do we get the Borg (best TNG villains ever - they tidy Earth's coastlines up a treat!) but also stunning performances from ALL the cast, and best of all Patrick Stewart does a slow strip down to his vest during the finale (and don't tell me that wasn't carefully planned!) and we get to see how fit an older man can be. Oh, yeah: the plot's quite good too!

 Resistance Is futile !!!!

As per usual Patrick Stewart delivers a strong and fantastic performance as the capt of the enterprise "E" . All of the usual cast reprise there roles to a high standard and the storyline is rich and fast moving. Perhaps the best Next Generation movie of all.
