Don't get me wrong I love different, new and art films. But this is either porn nor art. It is on the one side a boring and poor erotic movie and on the other a very "unclever" wannabe art film. No plot, no climax, poor music. I am from Brixton and it surely doesn't say Brixton either!
- (MINUS!) 5 Stars!!!
9 SONGS is Pornography

Pornography :
Printed or visual material containing the explicit description or display of sexual organs or activity, intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic or emotional feelings.
Don't be deterred by talks of art. This is without doubt pornography. Young male actor required to expose genitals get an erection and ejaculate is pornography. I feel for the actors in the UK these days as they are required to do much more than ever before. Kieran O'Brien has played some great roles but he has now lost any credibility in my mind. Any actor should be able to comfortably show their family their work. To do so with this would question, morals and decency within the family framework.
Seemingly today, you can veil anything with the label 'art' and almost anything is acceptable.
A vile film. If you want pornography buy it, better still, go to your usual outlet.
suprisingly touching

I almost turned this off when i flicked through it to see how much of the film was music and saw that half of it was just sex but it's surprising how much story there is with virtually no dialogue
If you're looking for something erotic to watch with a long term partner this is a good bet. it doesn't have the sleaze factor that porn does and is quite an emotional film.
