It was supposed to be the safest room in the house.
Meg Altman is at a crossroads. Suffering through a painful divorce from her husband, pharmaceuticals millionaire, Stephen Altman, Meg moves from their suburban home in Greenwich, New York and buys an Upper West Side Manhattan townhouse for herself and her eleven-year-old daughter, Sarah. She intends to go back to school, raise her child and start a new life. But the panic she feels at starting over pales in comparison to her fear and desperation when intruders break into her new home.

I didnt think a movie where they`d be in one room most of the time would be so good, but it was! your`ll be on the edge of your seat, if you like thrillers your`ll love this!

Considering Nicole Kidman was lined up to play the lead up until three days before filming was due to begin - I think Jode Foster did remarkably well! Packed full of suspension and nail biting moments. A real winner.
Yet Another great film with Jodie Foster

I had reservations on this but they soon went, a powerful film plenty of action mixed with some violence. kept me entertained throughout.
