oh my god i love this film! even though it was made when i was born, i adore it! cheesy but nice! a real chick flick, it makes you think what if! buy it!
Not just a chick flick but such a great film for so many reasons. A different slant on the time-travelling story told in Back To The Future and it works so well. Kathleen Turner produces a solid performance in the title role but, for me, Nicholas Cage steals the limelight with his portrayal of Charlie. It's laughter then tears all the way and the John Barry score is the icing on the cake. Such an underrated film and one of my all-time favourites.
Hot on the heels of the mega successful Back To The Future this 60's time travel flick was overlooked by many as it failed to shine as bright as Zemeckis classic the year before.
But this is a solid film with a strong cast and an intresting premise knowing what you know about your life would you change anything if you got the chance too?
No matter what Kathleen Turner trys to do to shake the love of her future husband played by the great Nicolas Cage she just can't alter the fact that this love was meant to be.
I enjoyed this film it is a good film in its own right and should not really be viewed as a time travel flick but more of a romantic/comedy film.
