Easily my favourite TV comedy show, the whole cast is brilliant. When you buy this, get ' Love, Honour and Obey' and 'Final Cut' as well. Comedy gold.

This was bought for me as a present and I had not seen it on TV. I started watching this to find there were genuine laugh out loud moments. It is played brilliantly by the actors and in many ways it is 'The Office' just with police. A comedy classic... I cannot believe I missed it on TV. Class !

I watched the original series on bbc2,i did have it on video tape but as usual it got taped over so i had to buy the dvd its halarious,its filmed around a fly on the wall documentary.
There too many hilarious scenes too mention buy it you wont regret it.

The elephant man homage scene - due to excessive sunburn. I've not laughed so hard in all my days, a scene that will make me smile until my dying day. Worth the sale price for that alone. Brilliant.

This series which aired on BBC 2 back in the day was a real hit with me the moment I watched it. Got the set on VCR only to find that one of the tapes has now been damaged. Want to make sure I've got this on DVD so I can watch it back over the years and laugh as I always do.

A definate series to add to your collection. Genious!

Fantastic performances from the ever reliable Ray Burdis, Dominic Anciano, Gary Beadle, John Beckett, Perry Benson, Mark Burdis & David Gillespie ensures that the flow of material remains original throughout.
Guest appearances from Jude Law, Johnny Lee Miller and Denise VanOuten also add to the class of this comedy classic.
Operation Good Guys never really got the credit that it deserved especially in the light that there were no real scripts but story boards (everything was improvised).
The highlights of the collection are the "Baldy Song", Raging Pig (with a cameo from Frank Warren), a visit by the royal family, a survival course on a desert island and policing in the community.
The actors must have got on well as there are other DVD films that they appeared in such as "Final Cut" and Love Honour & Obey.
A true classic that you can watch time and time again.
Probably the best 3 series of televised comedy that you will ever see!
