Good to see Prisoner from the beginning but some of the dialogue is slightly out of sync with the picture which is a bit annoying, apart from that am loving it!

 A great start!!!

No matter how many years pass from Prisoner Cell Block H, it still remains one of the most successful series in the world. Volume one is a great start for this show, it starts very strong with little introduction so we can quickly get into the life inside Wentworth Detention Centre.

Bea, Franky, Lynn, Doreen, Lizzie and Karen are the main protagonists in this volume with strong episodes. Officers Vera and Meg are the opposite of each other and one can see how different their approach is with the innmates and with each other. Officer Davidson is a fair governor who tries to find balance between the innmates and sometimes between the officers.

A must have for every Prisoner cell block h!! Thankfully many volumes are out and many are coming soon this year!!!!!!!!

What can I say pure cult tv at it's very best

I own the complete boxset of 692 episodes and its the best boxset ever to be released! I have to say I'm addicted to it and I'm only half way through....Just got to the part with the Freak, Ferguson. Im about 60 episodes away from the great Wentworth Fire, which I missed when it was first aired so looking forward to that. I decided to look around for the complete boxset because I couldn't wait for all the volumes to be released...well worth waiting for....Lots of characters you forgot about and lots more to come!!!

I bought this just before Christmas. And I watched all of the first 32 episodes in just under 3 weeks! Awesome Programme!

It's a shame that Fremantle Media are messing the fans around so much! I'm sick and tired of waiting for Vol 2! If Fremantle cannot give a release date by the end of February I will be ordering the rest from Australia!
