With regard to the missing editions of Armchair Thriller: "Dead Man's Kit"; and "High Tide" (both made by Southern Television), they may soon be made available on DVD. Renown Picture has acquired some of the Southern Television library with the intention of releasing many titles. "Dead Man's Kit" is already scheduled for release, so keep your fingers crossed that "High Tide" will follow. Watch this space as I am sure they will be available here at Play.com

Yes, indeed! Network seem to have been unable to get the rights to two of the stories in this great series: High Tide and Dead Man's Kit. Network are otherwise brilliant at this kind of release but they are really rather duplicitous in claiming this to be 'The Complete Series'! Also, as I have continually found, it is impossible to get in touch with them to find out any more information. Disappointing, when their releases are really rather excellent...

Fans of the show should note that there were 2 Armchair Thriller serials produced by Southern TV that are not included here - so this should really be called "The Complete Thames Episodes"
