5 Step Fat Attack With Claire Richards From Steps

The workouts are easy to follow and fun - and there is eye candy in the background for us women for a change, especially in the combat manoevres section! I was also a big fan of the original Pump it Up DVD so was pleased to find the choreography is by Deanne Berry. Definitely the most fun way to get rid of the Christmas pounds!

cant believe that claire got tot he size she did but my word she looks amazing now and looked gorgeous on her wedding day! a really good work out dvd with a upbeat soundtrack and great moves!!

As much as everyone hates to admit it, we all loved steps, and know all the words to their songs so i think it will be a very enjoyable dvd to workout to! I have my copy pre-ordered!!!

Hi will really be buying this dvd when it comes available i saw her on the tele a couple of months ago in a cookery programme and had to look twice cos i did think it was her,but the programme must have been filmed last year,well done claire you look amazing now,im sooooooooo looking forward to buying it for myself.

I ordered this DVD because I have done the two Pump it Up Deanne Berry DVD's for years and fancied a change. Admittedly, I plumped for this one because the Deanne Berry involvement as I have found her work-outs work the best for me.
I was pleasantly surprised although admittedly dancing to Steps isn't exactly as cool as dancing to Ministry of Sound but the work out is tops.
I found the aerobic section left me in very sweaty and knackered (Like a good workout should.) The combat section was a good twist on the Dvd and not as tough as the one on the Pump it Up Burn it Lose it DVD. This one really picked up your energy instead of taking it all away from you. The toning section was also excellent and included moves for my stomache I'd never heard of or seen before. Over all a top to toe toning workout and definately one to do when you want a change to fitness DVD.
