Animated Jim and Hilda Bloggs are the typical, retired couple in rural England. They drink endless cups of tea and have an unwavering faith in the wisdom of their government. However, that is before their lives are devastated by nuclear war. A very touching story of grandparents everybody would love to have.

 Must see film. Thought provoking.

Bought this film in the 80's. To this day the story has stayed with myself and my now adult children. The relevance of this film is as strong today as it was then. Recomend all parents watch this film with their not too young children and the discussion afterwards will flow.

This was a beutiful film, portraying a tragic story of two old age pensioners, caught in a post-nuclear war and helpless to prevent the aftermath
