Good one, Orlando! Can't wait for your performance as the Speaking Clock, you might get some emotion into it. This film is full of action, but, unfortunately, none of it involves Orlando, who is there merely to be eye candy for pre-pubescent little girls. Some fun sequences, especially if you like cavalry charges (which I do) - but you can get that from John Wayne.
Im so proud of Orlando in this film, he is BRILL! I am a MASSIVE Orlando fan, I adore him, ever since Lotr!!!!! People give him a lot of stick but this film is one of his best! It has meaning, it has depth and it even has historical references!
Orlando really gives the role of Balian his all and for that I applaude him, well done Orli!
The story behind Kingdom of Heaven is great, the relationships Balian forms are great too, like the relationship he has with his dad, Godfrey, played by Liam Neeson (even if he does only know his dad for a short time) and Jeremy Irons is really great as Tiberias as is David Thewlis as one of Godfrey's comrads! I think one of the best charcters was King Baldwin (they guy who's a lepa) Poor Edward Norton, spends the whole film hidden behind a mask but he was fabulous! One of the best charcters!! What a cast...........and o yeh.......Eva is in it too......pah!
There is a bit of heroic action and a lot of memorable quotations, not only all that but Orlando is topless at one point, HOT!! Someone pass me a fan!!!
Very enthralling!

Was originally skeptical of Orlando Bloom being the main character, yet I feel this is the strongest role he has ever played. An amazing film that holds lots of hidden meanings and morals, yet at the same time, making you want to watch it over and over again with its constant action scenes, brilliant scripting and filming. A must have!
very good film, one of blooms best performance's

loved this epic film, also it reminded me of a game called Prince of Persia: warrior within because Bloom's character looks like the prince, which is part of the reason i like the film so much
Orlado Bloom gets a chance to throw his acting muscle and manages to hold his own. visually a stunning movie with action, drama of the highest calibre.Ridley Scott in 'Gladiator'mode, something he clearly enjoys is the costume drama and to re-cap on history.A GOOD WHOLESOME MOVIE,with a bit for everyone.
