Average rating (1 review)
The 1960's was the golden era of sitcoms with "The Addams Family" being one of them.
I think the problem with TV sitcoms these days is that 90% of them are filmed in front of studio audiences and are very rarely on location.
The simultaneous airing of Munsters and The Addams Family doomed both to just a two season lifespan. Munster's fans would not watch The Addams Family and vice versa. If the truth be known that if either show had been on without the other, both would have attracted both sets of fans and would have most likely lasted a lot longer.
Personally, I consider "The Addams Family" to be one of the strangest and interesting cult shows ever to be made but for me, "The Munsters" has the most laughs.
This is the slim line version for those who struggle with space + the picture/sound quality have been both remastered
My Suggestion is to be purchase both! You will not be disappointed!
