We click our heels in anticipation. There's no place like home and no movie like this one. From generation to generation, The Wizard Of Oz brings us together - kids, grown-ups, families, friends. The dazzling land of Oz, a dream-come--true world of enchanted forests, dancing scarecrows and singing lions, wraps us in its magic with one great song-filled adventure after another.
Based on L. Frank Baum's treasured book series, The Wizard Of Oz was judged the best family film of all time by American Film Institute. And this never-before-seen restoration looks and sounds better than ever. We invite you to embark for the Emerald City on the most famous road in movie history. Dorothy (Judy Garland), Scarecrow (Ray Bolger), Tin Woodman (Jack Haley) and Cowardly Lion (Bert Lahr) await you on the Yellow Brick Road and "Over the Rainbow."

The favourite of my younger sister for years as we were growing up-and it probably still is all these years later!!
This is the Remastered special 3dvd edition which enhances the picture and sound quality brilliantly so as to give the best viewing experience possible and it does that everytime!!!
I never knew how much i had enjoyed this as kids, but after watching it all these years later i can definately say this is going to be around for a long long time to come as it is very entertaining for all ages!! I found myself singing along to the music which i didn't even know that i knew and not just one or two tunes it was the lot!!!
A must for fans of the Wizard of Oz, both young and old and for those that have never seen this before!
I was quite lucky to get a copy for just £4.99 and would have paid loads more now i realise just how long the memory of this film has stuck with me!!
Simply superb, the legend just got better.....

Whether you're watching this film for the first time or the 100th it is still absolutely brilliant, and is a must see. The colour and the quality of the picture has been restored to its former glory, and the experience is one you won't forget in a hurry. For most people it will be their first chance to see how the film originally looked when it was released in 1939 and this cannot be recommended too highly. The extra features are genuinely interesting and I for one will watch them time and time again. Massive fun for all ages
