A very good film indeed, a real tear jerker, have a hanky ready, they are both really good actors. Christopher Reeve, sadly missed.

I don't normally write reviews, but I enjoyed this so much I simply had to! Superb film, would highly recommend, but would suggest you have the tissues handy as both me and my friend were in tears by the end!

  Pass the tissues please....

One of my favourite films of all time. I have owned the US Region 1 Special Edition for several years but it is not 16:9 enhanced.
Please can anyone confirm if this latest re-release is indeed 16:9 Anamorphic as indicated in the product details and whether any of the special features from previous editions have been carried over. I would like to know before I double dip.

  Rachmaninov lovers must buy!

An absolutely delightful film; even my teenage daughters are brought to tears watching it. There are many moments when Rachmaninov Piano Concerto No2 Rhapsody on a theme of Pagannini enhance the film tremendously. Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour prove that time(travel) cannot keep lovers apart!

  Guilty pleasure

Simply a very nice romantic movie. Very well played by Reeve, Plummer and Seymour this a gentle film to convert all cynics.
