Although this is a direct to DVD movie and Replaces Neeson with Arnold Vosloo as the faceless avenger, there is still plenty to enjoy. The film has a much tighter budget than the first film, but uses it's budget well, with great visual flair and some good segments of action.
The film is far from a classic , but is still a pretty entertaing comic book of a movie. If your a fan of the first, give it a go.

although it was straight to video. it feels very cinematic and has better effects and characters
