I thought that this was a good movie with descent attributes. it is slightly disjointed in places but is a well story-boarded movie in whole. definitely worth watching.
A Great Film

I first heard about this film thanks to Johnathon Ross, he briefly spoke about the film when talking about Derek Yee.
The plot revolves around a contract killer known rather amusingly as...Roy. Both the police and gangsters are after Roy to prevent his mission being carried out; the assassination of a powerful gang boss.
What this entails is a cat and mouse game of wits, where both the police and the gang attempt to capture Roy but usually end up stepping on each others toes. Added to this is a young woman that Roy takes it upon himself to protect.
The film is faced paced and edgy. You're never quite sure what's going to unfold, and the events take place rapidly over a short period of time making for exciting viewing.
The film also captures well the brutality and violence of the city; showing the corruption of the police force and how it has evolved to handle the city's unique criminal underworld. It doesn't comment on if the characters behaviour is right or wrong, it just paints a picture and conveys the story to let you come to your own conclusions.
A great film that left me on the edge, some might think it a by the numbers thriller, but I would disagree.
